Patients and their families can rest assured knowing that we have highly trained board-certified physicians, and registered nurses on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet their medical and nursing needs.
We ensure that each patient shall receive individualized care with constant collaboration with family members and the interdisciplinary team to attain their maximum potential and restore their abilities and confidence to return home.

- On-site Medical Director

- Individualized resident care plan treatments
- 24-hour Nursing services offered 7 days a week
- IV therapy, including hydration, antibiotics via central or PICC line if needed
- Wound care, including wound VAC and specialized care directed by a Board-Certified wound physician
- Enteral feeding program
- Catheter care
- Colostomy Care
- Ileostomy Care
- Contracture Management
- Nutrition & hydration programs designed by a Registered Dietician
- Medication management & education
- Diabetic management & education
- Restorative nursing
- Respiratory therapy, including ventilator and tracheostomy care with oversight by a Board-Certified Pulmonologist and Intensivist
- Pain management by a duel Board-Certified Pain Management and Physician Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
- Bowel & bladder programs
- Psychologist and Psychiatrist on-site
- Laboratory, X-rays, and specialized diagnostic tests done on-site
